All items are generally processed within 2 business days.

Framed prints - please allow 2-4 business days for packing and shipping.
Premium prints - please allow up to 7 business days for shipping as these good are all hand framed instore and printed locally on demand for the highest of quality.
Commissions - depending on size please allow 2 months for completion of all commissioned drawings.
US/EU printed items - please allow up to 21 business days for shipping - these items require an outsourced print on demand option to ensure great quality at a low price for you!

Returns
Each case will be met individually & personally.
All refund/return cases must be inspected and notified within 30 days after purchase. No refund or returns will be granted for wrong choice or sizing errors by the consumer.
In the event of damaged goods, after notification and inspection, you may be eligible to either a refund, exchange or credit . All cases will be discussed personally to ensure satisfaction is met.
